A deeply immersive weekend in the flow of the present moment; allowing ourselves to be instruments of peace benefiting the greater good of all life.

The flow is unique and includes the following across both days during sessions with Antarma:

• Sound, Sanskrit mantras, Silence
• Sharing circles, Sadhana (practice), Shri Yantra puja,
• Poetry, Lyrics, Drumming, Dance
• Sauna, Ice Baths, Sacred Fireside Jamming

SCHEDULE:

DAY 1:

• 10:30am - Arrive at Croft Farm
• 11am -12 noon: Light Vegan/Vegetarian brunch will be served
• 12-3pm: In session with Antarma
• 3-4pm: Free time to enjoy the land, saunas etc.
• 4-6pm: In session with Antarma
• 6-7pm: Dinner
• 7- 9pm: Evening session and Closing

DAY 2:

• 10:30am - Arrive at Croft Farm
• 11am -12 noon: Light Vegan/Vegetarian brunch will be served
• 12-3pm: In session with Antarma
• 3-4pm: Free time to enjoy the land, saunas etc.
• 4-6pm: In session with Antarma and Closing
• 6-7pm: Dinner

Sessions with Antarma will include:

• DAY 1 Only: Saturday 30 Sept: 11am - 9pm - £108
• DAY 2 Only: Sunday 1 Oct: 11am - 7pm - £90
• BOTH DAYS: Including accommodation onsite £243
• BOTH DAYS: With no accommodation onsite - £189
• *Optional: Arrive early (2pm onward) and stay Friday 29 Sept (this is not part of the retreat) - £65.70

*Note: If you will be travelling and /or would like to spend more time settling into the wonderful natural space at The Croft Farm then we recommend this option for you :) The optional night is at your discretion and is not considered as part of the the retreat - it will be your free time ahead of the retreat commencing at 11am on Saturday 30 Sept.

MEALS

Nourishing Vegan/Vegetarian meals (light brunch and dinner) are included on the 30 Sept and 1 Oct.

ACCOMMODATION DETAILS:

Option 1 - The Barn

Stay at the recently beautifully renovated barn on The Croft Farm. Rooms are shared but can be adaptable / setup as twin share or doubles for more intimacy. Let us know your preference so we can accommodate. Most rooms have ensuites, others have shared bathrooms. Pictures are included and you can also view this video:

Option 2 - The Studios (sleeps up to 6 people)

Has 2 Double Beds and 1 Sofa Bed, Kitchen & Dining room, Cinema and Jacuzzi

Option 3: The Lounge (sleeps 1 or 2 people)

Have a double or twin room, kitchen and bathroom

Option 4 - The Jumble (sleeps 1 or 2 people)

Have your own double bed, kitchen, private bathroom and hot-tub

The Croft Farm is founded on Land of Outstanding Beauty.

Nestled amongst whimsical woodlands to one side, with views of the rolling hills of Great Gaddesden to the other.

Perfectly situated on the doorstep of two National Parks, with hot-tubs and a whole array of exciting places nearby to keep you entertained.

It's a space designed for people to escape the fast-paced, digitalised modern world, and reconnect with themselves and each other facilitated by Mother Nature. A staycation space for people to slow down, enjoy, breathe pure air and make memories to cherish.

The glampsite has been built using reclaimed materials by re-purposing waste from construction sites, it helps to decrease the huge amount which is sent to landfill every year. This eco-conscious attitude drives the ambition to adopt solutions for rain-water harvesting, renewable energy, and eventually a circular-space.

The Croft Farm has a colourful history having initially started out as the ripe land of DeebsDay Music and Arts Festival to which it hosts for a weekend every summer.

The festival ethos of "Everybody Love Everybody" is hard not to tap into whilst at the farm and the creative quirks dotted around the space are a reminder of the charm of this home-grown festival.

ABOUT ANTARMA:

Antarma is offering an experience that a lot of people seem to need right now; high vibe music and a community energy.

Through Mantra, heart opening guitar, life affirming lyrics and Ecstatic African Brazilian Djembe Rhythms the vibes are uplifting!

The first 2 singles released in 2021 Aum Shakti Aum and Just to live are out now and it has been humbling to hear how many hearts have been touched by the transmission through the music.

All the music mantras and practices Antarma shares are intended to bring the highest deepest peace joy celebration and love for all hearts, for nature and all beings. Honouring and giving gratitude to the sacred traditions and for life herself!
