£20 per person
1hr access to our sauna and ice baths. This is a free-flow session, meaning you can move between the sauna and ice baths in your own time.
Morning & evening sessions available - book below
Private Hire
Up to 15 people
2 hours
£250 per hour (2 hours min)
2hr private access to our Forest Spa area. This is a free-flow session, meaning you can move between the 10 person sauna, 2 ice baths and our 6 person hot tub in your own time. You will also have access to the bar area (no drinks included)

Immerse in the calming embrace of our sauna, total peace and relaxation overlooking the farm
Ice Baths
Refresh in one of our two ice baths when you need a break from the sauna heat and feel the benefits of contrast therapy.

This is a free-flow session which means you can move between the sauna and ice baths in your own time.
1 Hour Of Calm
You don't need to be anywhere else for 1 hour expect here.If you'd like any guidance on how to get the most out of your session, we are always on hand to provide support.
