Enriched by the medicine of cacao, we will open our hearts and journey deep into the depths of ourselves with a guided meditation.

Progressing to a partner yoga flow, a practice that allows you to connect with your partner or another person.

This is a great tool for developing your trust, strengthening communication and feeling connected.   We will finish off with some intention setting for the months ahead, welcoming in the new moon cycle.
