The Ancient Ways: Book Gathering with Seren Hawley-Plows

Join author, storyteller and hedgewitch Seren Hawley-Plows (@hedgerow_healing) for the launch of her debut book, The Ancient Ways, at The Croft Farm Escape.

A slow, seasonal afternoon of folklore, herbalism and connection to the land - beginning with a botanical welcome drink and guided mindful walk through the woodland, followed by a seasonal Ayurvedic banquet lunch. The afternoon closes with time in the Forest Spa (sauna, cold plunge and hot tub) before gathering once more over herbal tea for reflection, Q&A and book signing
