We will come together for a guided summer solstice meditation, fire ceremony and sound bath with Bodhini and David.
Afterwards there will be an opportunity to enjoy the sauna and / or ice bath experience and relax together in the beautiful natural countryside surroundings of The Croft Farm as the sun sets with Summer inspired refreshments and treats.
