Spring Awakening Afternoon Retreat on Sunday 26th March

Join us at The Croft Farm Escape to celebrate the vibrancy of life as we officially welcome spring time.

Nature has moved up and out of Winter and everything is coming to life. The sun is stronger, the days are getting lighter and warmer and so comes the time to offer our own intentions and dreams to Mother Nature,so that she may breathe life into our wishes for ourselves, each other and the world.

Activities include:

A Spring Equinox Ceremony - together we will tune into the power of the land, 

the directions and the awakening of nature.

Walking meditation and mindful movement

Spring clearing meditation and sound bath

*Tree Planting  (awaiting tree heritage delivery date)

Vegan snacks and refreshments

Optional ice bath and sauna experience
