10:30-12pm Yoga & mindful movement for grounding & relaxation
12-1pm optional ice bath / sauna or guided meditation journey to meet the Welsh Dark Goddess Cerridwen

2:30-3:30pm free time for walking, chatting, contemplation & rest
3:30- 6pm ancestral healing ceremony
