Full Moon Friday 7-10pm Â
(arrive between 6:30-6:45pm) Two course dinner followed by a full moon ceremony and sound meditation
Samhain Saturday 10-10pm (arrive 10-10:15am)
10:30-12pm Yoga & mindful movement for grounding & relaxation
12-1pm optional ice bath / sauna or  guided meditation journey to meet the Welsh Dark Goddess Cerridwen
1-2:30pm Lunch by Indira
2:30-3:30pm free time for walking, chatting, contemplation & rest
3:30- 6pm ancestral healing ceremony
6-7:30pm Dinner by Indira
7:30pm Fire ceremony and  Candle lit spiral walk
Samhain Sunday 10-3pm (arriving at 10 for 10:15 start)
10:15-12:45pm  Positive Past Life Regression workshop with David and Bodhini - bringing wisdom from past to support us moving forwards
12:45-2pm Lunch by Indira
2-3pm Closing Samhain meditation with gong.
