Just Be Retreat

Friday evening we will do introductions, dinner and we’ll sing around the fire.

Saturday we’ll practice yoga with Darren, have breakfast and then Melissa will offer a Voice Activation workshop. 

There will be some time for sauna, ice baths and jacuzzi for those who are feeling called.

After lunch we’ll have some free time and in the afternoon we’ll have a Cacao Ceremony. 

We’ll have a family dinner and again we’ll sit around the fire and share songs and stories. 

Sunday morning we’ll have Yoga and breakfast before our Closing circle.
