Nikki and Nat invite you for an evening of relaxing healing through Yoga, Cacao Ceremony and a journey through sound.
Cacao is a beautiful heart opening medicine with many health benefits, we will start with some slow gentle yoga stretches before holding a beautiful cacao ceremony which will lead us perfectly into a sound journey to help you fully relax and enjoy an evening of bliss at The Croft Farm Escape
