About The Event
Join us this Sunday at The Croft Farm Escape
looking for individuals who would like to volunteer their time to helping to maintain the beautiful land, we love to share.
In exchange for you time, you are welcome to join the timetabled day that includes:
12pm - Yoga Outside
1pm - Gardening work commence
- Mulch spreading
- Wild flower Seed Planting
- Spiral Creation mapping out
3pm - Teas & refreshments
- Continue gardening
6pm - Sauna & Ice Bath
8pm - Finish

This ticket includes: Hot drinks & refreshments during breaks Sauna Ice Bath Cold Shower The Bar will be open throughout the day, should you wish to purchase any additional beverages & please feel free to pack some lunch/food if you wish to eat during your breaks.
