About The Event
Abs will guide us through a beautiful cacao journey with her hand made Cacao from Mexico
CACAO cracks open the heart centre allowing emotional and spiritual healing.
Darren will be guiding us through a beautiful heart opening yoga Flow that will leave us feeling refreshed and invigorated. This practice has been designed to be a safe and effective way to utilise our self-healing capacity.
