🍓Abs @nourishwithflow is a trained Ayurvedic Nutritional Chef who will be teaching out this incredible science where you will each receive your own one to one. Abs is the co founder of @withlovecacao22 and will be holding traditional Mexican Cacao Ceremonies from her time living in Mexico with the Cacao farmers.
🧘♀️Charlotte @sunbeamsyoga_ is a incredible yoga instructor who has ran her successful weekly classes and built an incredible!! community dedicated to her practices.
