Cancellation Policy
Booking and Reservation: All hot tub bookings must be made in advance through our booking system or by contacting our event coordinator. A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking. Duration: The hot tub hire option includes a maximum usage time of 1 hour per session. Please arrive promptly for your scheduled time slot to make the most of your session. Safety Guidelines: Prior to using the hot tub, all participants must read and adhere to the safety guidelines provided by Croft Farm Escape. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times while in or around the hot tub. Individuals with health conditions, pregnant women, and those under the influence of alcohol or drugs are advised to consult a physician before using the hot tub. Hygiene and Cleanliness: All users must shower before entering the hot tub to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards. Please refrain from using lotions, oils, or other skincare products that may contaminate the water. Behavior and Conduct: Respectful and appropriate behavior is expected at all times while using the hot tub. Loud or disruptive behavior that may disturb other guests is not permitted. Glassware and alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited in the hot tub. Damages and Liability: Any damages to the hot tub or surrounding property caused by negligence or misuse will be the responsibility of the individual or group renting the hot tub. Croft Farm Escape reserves the right to charge for any damages incurred during the rental period. Inclement Weather: In the event of adverse weather conditions (e.g., lightning storms, extreme winds), the hot tub session may be rescheduled or canceled at the discretion of Croft Farm Escape. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled booking may result in forfeiture of the deposit or incur additional charges. By booking and using the hot tub hire option at Croft Farm Escape, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this policy. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.
