What to expect?

Come and join us for this unique retreat day, weaving nature and wellness together. During this blissful day you will have the opportunity to connect with nature, move your body and meet like minded people in the community. 

Treat yourself to a well deserved day of self love, while learning new skills that you can take home to start growing. 

We will open the day with a welcome circle, followed by a  short cacao heart opening meditation, then flowing into some gentle movement and yoga. 

Refreshements will be served as we move into a lesson based on the ethics and principles of permaculture. 

We will explore the land with a beautiful guided walk and foraging for seasonal herbs. 

A nutricious lunch will be served followed by an afternoon of practical planting and growing. 

Finishing off the day with a Sauna and Ice bath to relax and recooperate ourselves before heading home. 

What to bring? 

A smile, a waterbottle, swimwear, towel, outdoor clothing and something loose to move your body in.
