What to expect?

Come and join us for this unique retreat day, weaving nature and wellness together. During this blissful day you will have the opportunity to connect with nature, move your body and meet like minded people in the community. 

Treat yourself to a well deserved day of self love, while learning new skills that you can take home to start growing. 

We will open the day with a welcome circle, followed by a  short cacao heart opening meditation, then flowing into some gentle movement and yoga. 

Refreshements will be served as we move into a lesson based on the ethics and principles of permaculture.
