Yoga Flow

Yoga flow is a dynamic yoga class based on the principles of Ashtanga. During the 90 minutes we will be exploring pranayama, asana and meditation. The class is designed to build up fire in your body as we move through a set sequences that purifies the body and mind. It’s a great class for building up core strength, focus and control over movement. Leaving you pumped and energized for the weekend. This class welcomes all abilities as we have a range of props available to support the poses.
