Hatha Heartshine Flow

A unique sequence of hatha movements that are put together to make a creative hatha flow. Hatha is all about preserving the vital force energy, bringing awareness into your body whilst promoting flexibility.  We usually warm up the body with sun salutations; then we flow into some heart opening positions and focus on one other part of the body through lots of different postures. As always in Yolas classes there is a strong focus on alignment and breath. This practice suits all ages and abilities but may involve some inversions and light arm balances. As in all of Yolas classes there is time for breathing, movement and meditation.
