Sitting in circle like our ancestors did and being heard by strangers, can be a really liberating experience.
When it is mixed with breath work, Cacao and a soundscape meditation with intention, wonderful things can happen. So I invite you to join me to be heard in your community and know you are not alone wherever you are at.
